Bought shoe formal. Next day shoe’s toe made scratch on front of left pair. I tried oil they sold me , tried polishing nothing worked. When I went with shoe to store they told me nothing can be done it’s a scratch. Next time when you buy Shoe from Call it spring , walk on Flowers cause scratch is wasy on them and then the rude attitude of store people leaves a scratchy memory for you. Never calling it spring again.
The Call It Spring at Fairview Mall has hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Canada — and I’m not exaggerating. They proudly print on the receipt that “returns are accepted if you’re not satisfied,” but when you actually try to return something which was unworn condition, they’ll twist every excuse in the book to refuse it. In my case, I was told I couldn’t return my item unless I came back on another day to meet their manager, “Samantha.” Seriously? Who runs a store like that in 2025? And here’s the shocking part — after seeing all the negative reviews online, I thought maybe things had improved. Nope. Not even an inch of change toward better service. So I’m adding my voice here as yet another warning: if you think you still want to step into this store, think twice. I wasted my time, my energy, and my patience dealing with this circus. It’s unbelievable how careless and dismissive the staff are — as if customers’ time means nothing to them. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment. Go anywhere else — literally anywhere — but not this store.
My husband bought formal shoes and after buying them we didn't liked how they looked in the day light. So we went to this store to exchange. And like a lot of other reviews about the Indian girl, whose picture has also been put up in another review. She refused the return staying she doesn't seem the shoes are in good condition. When we bought them just 10 days back and didn't even use them once as we had an inauspicious period going on. No wonder the lady has a zillion negative reviews for her. The store sales person is meant to be helpful to the customer so that they can be back again. We have bought all kind of branded shoes from bigger store but not faced such negative behavior from any store for all these years in Canada.
Very rude staff. Lady would not return the shoes despite customer services authorizing a return. It was the brown lady. Boycott this store at all costs, it's not worth it.
We had the worst experience at this Call It Spring (Fairview Mall, 1800 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto) location. We dealt with Sales Representative Carolina Rojjes and Naz. The sales persons are the worst at this store. I spoke to Sales rep Naz. She initially lied to me that there is no manager at the store to speak with. Later Assist Store Manager Carolina came out. Naz asked me to call Customer service. Naz told me of Customer service give authorization, Naz will refund the shoes. I called the customer service, received return authorization from the customer service to return the pair of sandals. I spent 2 hours at the store. After I got the return authorization from customer service, the store was sent an email request to return the item as well., The sales rep Carolina said she has to speak to customer service herself.. After waiting another 1 hour, Carolina came back saying she is not going to refund the sandals. By that time, I was very tired (as I return from the hospital few days ago), i did not have anymore patience to deal with them. We are going to return all our shoes from Call it Spring due to their poor customer service experience.
I visit the store looking for comfy pair of shoes for work and the one she recommended to me was the best seller and she was right!! Samantha's customer service was above and beyond! Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. I myself work at retail if you talk to the customer that rudely I am sorry you are not meant for this job. Visited the store with my family, was trying on heels had the worst experience of my life. Girl behind the cashwrap just started yelling at my kid because she picked up a shoe and that of course I asked her to do so as wanted to try it. " The girl goes its not a toy make sure she doesn't touch any shoe". My kid statred crying right there and I had to leave the store. It was traumatizing for my kid she is only 3 years old. It's verbal harassment my kid never going to forget it. Higher management should do something about it. Otherwise store is going to get in trouble. Management should go through the consistent complaints about the same staff. Incident happened on 30th December around 7:30pm.
