The tall girl at the cashier was so rude!! She gave us so much attitude for no reason and charged us a bag without even asking if we needed it. She told me the cost before she even added the bag money, and we wanted to give exact change and she was like “uh I don’t need this.” And then when we asked about it because we didn’t know the bag charge was added, she completely ignored us and didn’t even respond. Terribly rude. Get nicer workers!
Elliot was the best, exceptional costumer service he was super patient and nice, tara was super nice and helpful as-well.. Im so happy with my purchase!!
Ruth at checkout, Susan as customer service, and Luke as manager. I had a great time looking for my size in various styles/designers. Thank you all for the exceptional service. Liberty
Very rude customer service, definitely do not go here. I would love to learn the name of that employee who was extremely mean to us for not buying the pair of shoes we just tried once.
I’m a 26 year old who works hard and decided to treat myself with a new pair of shoes. Tried on 3 pairs of shoes, from the moment i entered the store to trying to shoes, I only took 15 mins MAX. Including the time where the sales rep was helping other people. And that did not bother me at all. Picked my favorite and decided to go home to think about it. Asked the sales rep if these were also online, in case I decided to buy them later. He was immediately a complete jerk. Told me “You don’t help anybody if you try them in stores. Thank you for wasting my time.” I understand these people make commissions. And I understand that he needs to make a living. But I do not go into the store signing a contract that I would leave with a pair. In a year, I would probably buy 4 pair of shoes at Browns. With better customer service, I would definitely make sure to always come in store to buy shoes. Had he given a different approach, I would’ve have ensured to come back in store to buy the shoes. However, I now know that I won’t buy any shoes at all and I’m seriously doubting buying any further products from Browns. And would rather spend my hard earned money to a store with better manners and values. And heck, to avoid THAT kind of service, yes sir - I’d rather shop online. I did not have a chance to grab his name, I was rudely assisted by this tall skinny elderly guy around 6pm on Monday 2/28.
My partner and I were shopping for shoes, and were lashed out at by a store employee called Nigel, who got visibly upset at us for requesting that he bring back a pair of shoes. It was a shame because we were actually about to buy that particular shoe, but didn’t want to after the incident. I would not recommend shopping here, as other customer service workers witnessed this and said nothing
