I had the worst experience at this store. Timestamp: 8:00 PM, 17 Dec 2025. • I had shopped online for several gifts and needed to return them due to a cancelled plan. • The moment I arrived, one associate made a comment to another about “more returns,” which was uncomfortable. • I apologized and explained the reason for my return. • I was asked for my physical credit card; I said I had it on Apple Pay. • They refused, even after I explained I had just completed a return at Aldo without any issue. • When asked to try, the associate processed the return for an amount over $100 and it didn’t go through. • I requested if it could be processed under $100; she got annoyed but eventually did it. • She commented that she had a lot of work to do and would have to repeat the process, implying it was an inconvenience. • I didn’t argue and apologized again. • I was also having trouble finding my order number emails, so I asked if there was a guest login option online. • I was told that wasn’t possible, but I tried myself and successfully logged in as a guest and pulled the receipts. • The return was completed, and I apologized again. While I was grateful the return was done, the overall behavior was dismissive and demeaning. I was polite throughout. Returns are part of retail, and customers should not be made to feel like a burden for using them. Not okay. Highly disappointed.

Me and my wife went to buy shoes here and we had really bad experience due to sales associate behavior. all we want to do is get some good shoes but we got full on unnecessary attitude by sales associate. She is very rude, non responsive.had to multiple times for same thing. She is not instrested to sell for other ethnicity people.

Very rude front desk sales associate. Displayed unnecessary attitude for no reason.Store should maintain same hospitality for all customers.but this one is completely based on skin color.not worth to visit this store if you want to buy from callitspring

Very disappointing experience at Call It Spring (Scarborough Town Centre) today. I visited the store to purchase shoes, but the sales representative, Zahrah Ashanti, showed unnecessary attitude, made negative expressions, and offered no assistance at all. The lack of basic customer service made the visit uncomfortable and unprofessional. However, I would sincerely like to appreciate Brianna, who provided true 5-star service with professionalism, kindness, and genuine help. She truly represents what excellent customer service should look like. I hope this feedback is reviewed by Call It Spring management at a corporate level.

Worst customer Service experience as they serve customer based on ethnicity and color. I believe that should not be done and their management should trained them professionally without racism

I was in this store yesterday and I had the best experience with Breanna. I went in to pick up my online order and she went above and beyond to make sure my exchanges were done correctly with the proper discounts applied. I had to wait a few minutes so of course, me being a retail manager, I observed alot when going in to other stores. Watching Breanna service 3 customers (1 being difficult) she still managed to smile and have patience. Her product knowledge on specific shoes and talking up promotions is everything a store like this needs. Thank you Breanna

The customer service in this store is bad. I mean I stood in line today for 35 minutes due to the covid restrictions which I understand. I just needed to pick up an online order but they assisted someone first who wasn’t even in line for the order pickup. Why not just make two lines on each side? One for the customers who want to come in the store and one for order pickup. I can’t believe how much time was wasted. This was a bad experience and I wont be shopping from here anymore.
