Had an amazing experience here! Staff were super attentive, brought us water. Staff were not pretentious, very welcoming and not judgy! They also really know the product, definitely worth the $2500 we spent on shoes, definitely a must do experience for any red bottom fan!

Very friendly, helpful staff! Not pushy at all! And they give you their honest advice/opinion. All in all a pleasant shopping experience if you're looking for the shoes with the iconic red soles ;)

All the staff are lovely and nice. They take care of you very well and the service is fantastic. Ask for Arash, he knows his stuff and very helpful.

A nice addition to Torontos up and coming luxury shopping scene. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful Without being too pushy. Store itself was beautifully designed both inside and out. The reason I gave it 4 stars is after having been to multiple boutique stores across the United States and Europe, I just felt for solely the fact that this is the only store in Canada besides possibly Vancouver, they should have had more selection. To be quite frank I didnt see much that wasnt available at Saks or Holt. As a visitor from Alberta, I would not return to Toronto as solely a shopping destination trip, not just because of Christian Louboutin but luxury shopping overall in my opinion did not rank up to LA / Vegas/ Miami / Nyc Standards meaning collectively as a whole, luxury brands across city have failed to give Canadians a reason to spend their money in Canada and most likely deter Americans from coming up North to take advantage of the low dollar. Canada needs to be better. If we want to grow our top cities into world renowned tourist destinations we must at the very least have comparable inventory to that of the large cities in the States. On a positive note they did carry the staples: Biancas, Pigalle, and this very stunning Cinderella wedding slipper!

I love the Christian Louboutin stores however, not all them carry all the same products. Some high-end brand department stores carry exclusive products from Christian Louboutin that is not sold at the flagship store which is weird. Other than that the story is great.
