This is the first store we shopped the day after we moved to Canada in January 2022 amidst the worst blizzard last 30 years. The store owner is an honest and kind-hearted fella who helped us patiently and got the best boots that we need for the best price in the market. We thank him very much for this. To this day, we always remember him.

I had a great experience at this shoe store. The staff are very helpful and their shoes are really good quality. Vicky was especially kind, patient, and very cooperative with the return process. This definitely won’t be my last visit. Highly recommended!

Friendly!! Great customer service!!! Very professional. They were able to get my size 14 Birkenstocks that no other store in Toronto was willing to get! Will definitely be going back for more pairs! Most definitely recommended!!! A+++++
