I had a problem with a price adj which made me unhappy, however, Robert managed it perfectly fine which made me still a loyal satisfiedclient of Geox and especially Eaton Center location. Went shopping for a pair of work boots, Geox has great variety of products and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Kiana did an outstanding job in assisting me and had great product knowledge.

They have the worst return / refund policy. The refund is just a receipt that after 4 months in my wallet you can't see the letters or numbers and I have to go back to this store at Eaton centre (no other store to use the credit) that they neglected to tell me about their policy if you buy product on sale. So I have to go out of my way, I leave in Scarborough, to purchase something else. Very disappointed as I am very happy with my boots and shoes that I purchase at STC GEOX.
