Don’t buy shoes from here. I bought 3 pairs of NB 2002. Spent roughly $600 dollars here 2 months ago and maybe 5-10 times after I wore one of the pairs so a month in, the bottom is coming off….

I went there looking for running shoes. They recommended a shoe that was not dedicated to running (I realized when looking online at the description of the shoes). When I tried to get a reimbursement only a few days after, they refused, and said they only offered store credits. Very frustrating.

My experience with Groovy was incredibly frustrating. Despite never receiving the product I ordered (In the promised 7-9 business days as per the website), it took them close to two weeks and numerous follow-ups to process a refund for the shoes I ordered. Their excuse that online orders take longer to refund compared to in-store purchases is completely unfounded and only added to the aggravation. Promises of a manager contacting me within a day were never fulfilled, leaving me to chase them down repeatedly and dispute the charge with my bank. It was only after persistent efforts on my part that I finally got my refund. If you're looking for efficient service and honesty, look elsewhere. Would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Stay away.

Very cool shoe selection! However, the customer service was super pushy and overwhelming. As someone with social anxiety, I found it extremely difficult to shop here. A sales associate would approach me every 5 seconds and that ultimately lead me to leaving the store and shopping at Foot Locker next door instead. I saw a review saying the same thing so I’m not the only one who feels this way. I appreciate the service but please give your customers some space to have an enjoyable shopping experience.

One of the best shoe stores in Toronto! I bought a pair of Jordan 3 jbalvins and I recommend coming here instead of livestock or any other store in Toronto! You guys are awesome and amazing customer service! Wish I could give yall higher than 5 stars

Few weeks ago I gave one star to this store unsatisfied with their lenghty shipping process. Today I am changing my review to 5 stars as their customer service has improved significantly. My order was processed the same day and shoes are ready for dispatch. You deserve five stars guys, THANK YOU!

really regret and mistake to get product from this store!! damaged several months after wearing the shoe. And they said please go Nike, after I went nike they said Groovy should change or give your money back. BUT , they dont have customer service and they regret to help me. Just give 5-10 more box and buy from orginal Nike store. This Groovy store is mistake. And I think their shoes not orginal quality, bad quality.

Hello Maya, we apologize for the delay in shipping out your order. We take our online sales very seriously. We just had a delay in our pick-ups this week. As I understand the order was placed on Tuesday, and was suppose to ship out on Thursday and it did not. We do apologize for this delay.

We appreciate your feedback, as we do of all our customers. But the shoes were worn for 7 months. We cannot guarantee wear and year.
