The guy didn’t let me try make shoes cuz I’m a female. I kept telling him that I really don’t care if the shoes for men’s for women’s, I just like the color but he just said “ it’s for men so NO. Girls are other side of the walls.” Never coming back.
Love the brand, but if I’m being honest, the staff is inattentive most times. I asked for help for a size but it took them 20 minutes to find a sandal size. I ended up looking for it myself on the rack when I saw the staff just congregating at the cashier. When I put my shoes back on, that’s when she came up to me to tell me they didn’t have the size… yes, I know I looked for it myself
Love the store and everything about the experience here Mika- one of the store associate was great to help me find the right pair for my knee and pain problems These shoes are a holy grail to my day , the only downside being Uber expensive
Got Me Some New Kicks from HOKA in the Eaton Centre. They were recommended by my Foot Doctor for walking my 10-20 K steps. They will help with combatting the strain my work boots cause on my toe-toes. At under $200, these CLIFTON are sooooo comfy. Thanks to Vernina for checking my foot size and recommending a wide size ten.
Its my first time at this Hoka location. Every employee offered assistance with a smile. A young associate, Melynie, helped us find the right shoe. She was very friendly and her product knowledge was excellent. It felt like I knew her our whole lives. Her sales technique seemed effortless for her.
