We had a concern with a pair of boots and Maddy & the other staff were super polite. She went above and beyond even within a difficult situation and we are definitely coming back.

I went in, last minute, looking for a suitable pair of boots for the winter season. I stopped by many boutiques but mostly was met with an air of “we’re busy”. Journeys was the last stop on my list before I gave up, and Julius not only had MY SIZE and recommended me the tan timberlands over the blacks, but also helped me find appropriate after care kits for waterproofing and continues maintenance. Will be back again for sure.

I'm not certain if the managers are aware of this, but this incident occurred about 7 years ago. I wanted to purchase a pair of Converse All Stars Hi Top (Batman Theme) sneakers, but the size I needed was out of stock. The staff offered to order it for me in the store and said I could pick it up when it arrived. However, due to my busy work and school schedule, I couldn't find the time to pick it up. Although the managers informed me to come and pick it up, I was preoccupied and forgot. When I called to follow up, I was instructed to visit the store to verify my order number and bring my ID. Unfortunately, by that time, the sneakers were likely no longer in the store, and I may have lost my order.

This store was very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful costumer service all around. Shoutout to Rhymie for her kindness and dedication of making sure I went home with the right shoes for me :)

This store is horrible. My husband wasted time when we have other to do as my son’s b-day is approaching this week and we were going there to pick up crocs that we received a notice for pick up for (two pairs). We received the notice for pick last WEDNESDAY (July 3rd), today is MONDAY, and it says they hold the orders for 5 days and then you’ll be refunded if not picked up. Last week had been busy with life. So I paid a courtesy call yesterday (Sunday, July 7th) to say that we would be by (myself or my husband) to pick up the shoes. I was told that they would be there waiting. Mind you, TODAY (Monday July 8) is the 5th! Day!! Would you believe in the middle of a very busy day we stopped what we were doing and my husband fought downtown traffic to go there a pick them up and the daft employees told him he can’t because it’s been past the five days. Even though I spoke to someone yesterday (a Filipino guy, I could tell by the accent) who told me we were good to go and they’d be waiting for the pick up. He even looked for the boxes while I was on the phone! Now either they can’t count or they really need to go back to school to learn how to count at the Eaton’s Centre location. Because what? It’s day 5!! What a waste of our time. A girl on the phone while my husband is there is telling me it was past the date! I have email to prove it is not. I’ll probably contact head office because I’m not letting this go. This store is a customer service nightmare. Believe the hype from the other bad reviews. This store lives up to it! Totally incompetent! And lost a sale because I won’t be repurchasing the two pairs of Crocs from here. Oh well. Don’t go here is my advice. Horrible customer service, they don’t know what they are doing. This was totally their mistake!! I give -1 ⭐️’s actually.

I always enjoy the experience whenever I go to journeys the customer service was excellent I went to pickup my online order and I had no trouble getting through

Came in today just to take a browse and had a great time with Alex! What a phenomenal associate and a team, no pressure and just an overall relaxing shopping experience. I didn't buy anything because I wasn't planning to in the first place, but I know I'll be back here next time I actually need something!
