I recently bought boots from this store and I’ve been in a few times and Alyssia has been by far the best sales associate to help me. She was helpful and friendly. Sometimes I go in and other workers don’t even acknowledge me, so grateful she there to help!

Bought a pair of shoes for around 80 dollars, final sale. I decided to wear them going home because I thought they were really cute. They broke on the way home. Waste of money.
I am very upset after buying a pair of shoes from here, I feel I was very mislead. I am not from Toronto but was down for the day and my shoes broke so I was desperate for a pair. I stressed to the saleswoman that I needed a comfortable pair of shoes as I’d be walking all day. She recommended a pair she says she works 8 hour shifts in. Said they were very comfortable. When trying on sizes, they didn’t have a 6, which I am usually a 6-7. She brought me out a 5 and 7. I was comfortable in the 7 but she pushed me to try the 5 on. They fit, but tightly. I was leaning more towards the size 7 but she told me in her professional opinion that the 5 fit better. After about an hour of walking my feet hurt so badly that I had to leave Toronto and go home. I have open and bleeding blisters. 2 blisters on each foot. I was grossly mislead into buying these shoes that I will never wear again due to how badly they damaged my feet.
The pair of shoes that I purchased were very low quality. The shoes fell apart after one short wear. I purchased these shoes because the sales associate assured me that they would be comfortable and good for walking. Very disappointing.
Customer service at this store is terrible - very rude sales associates with lots of attitude. Had an issue with my order but the store was not able to resolve.
I had an awful experience with their customer service team. They sent me two shoes for the right foot, and when I contacted them to fix the issue, they were incredibly rude. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they told me I only had 7 days to return the shoes, which is ridiculous. On top of that, they insisted I had to drop the shoes off at their store, even though it was entirely their fault. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service! You lost a repeat customer !!
