Had such a great experience at the Little Burgundy Sherway location! I came in looking for uggs, and Priscilla was so helpful and found a great pair for me to wear! Priscilla is awesome!
Yesterday I tried to do an in store pick up for size 9 US blundstones in the rustic black colour. It was cancelled due to it being out of stock. I’m like ok fair. The next day I called the store and asked for a stock check before I placed an order for in store pick. Size 9 thermal blundstones in rustic black and rustic brown. Was told they have them in both. Great. Placed an order for rustic brown and again..cancelled. Fed up I went into the store and asked for the 9 in the rustic brown and of course they had it in stock ! After my purchase I asked why it was cancelled if they had it in stock. Was told it was maybe a mismatch or single that’s why but clearly it wasn’t if I had just bought the pair. Feels like they just cancel it so they can upsell you on products when you come in. See no point in having an in store pick up if you’re just gonna reject it even when you have it.
I had such an amazing shopping experience with Shriana. She greeted me with a friendly smile when I walked in and stepped in to help once she saw I was interested in a couple pairs of Adidas shoes. She explained the difference between each model (arch support, comfort, and sizing) and made recommendations based off my lifestyle and preferences. She suggested I look at other brands as well and told me how I could style them with my everyday wardrobe. It was like talking to a friend! I ended up leaving with a second pair. I’m so happy with my pleasant shopping experience with Shriana and my purchases! Truly the best customer service I’ve received in years.
