I came in looking for a pair of boots and they have a good sale selection. The staff at this store are really friendly and helpful. Sometimes I’m in between sizes depending on the brand and the guy who helped me was really knowledgeable and recommended some great options. Ill definitely come back.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes online. This was my first purchase from little burgundy. I ordered a pair of sambas and I received them one of the three stripes on one of the shoes was 50 percent thinner than the other stripes. Clearly there’s no quality control before sending out a product. I used the chat feature and the agent told me they could send me a new pair of the shoes and that I had to drop the original pair at a fedex location and that once I did this I had to come back on the chat and then they’d process the exchange. So I walked to fedex yesterday and when I got home I logged on to the chat only to be told that I had to come back on once the tracking started « moving ». So I waited and today logged on to the chat and now am being told that they are out of stock and cannot exchange the shoes. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. They assured me that I wouldn’t be charged the 7.99 return fee. Really? Thanks for the generosity. You sent out a defective/damaged pair of shoes. I would certainly hope you wouldn’t charge me a return fee.
