I went to the store today to try to purchase a pair of winter boots. Shiema was absolutely amazing - I wanted to genuinely say that she was extremely knowledgeable and also has a great sense of fashion. She was able to explain the pros and cons of a variety of different options and guide me through which brand specifically fits my need. In particular, she was extremely knowledgeable in the different options offered by Blundstone. She added me through the different colours which one might fit a formal attire more as well as under what weather condition should one purchased the blue tag versus the yellow tags. She also explained to me how to take care of a pair of Blundstone properly so that they last longest. Overall, it was a great experience because of Shiema. I would definitely come to Shiema if I come here to buy a pair of shoes.
I had a great experience shopping here everyone was kind and helpful, it was busy but the staff got all the sizes I needed really quickly. I did get the name of the person who helped me but she had short dark hair
Horrible experience. Staff was rude, refused to exchange my shoes which were unworn. They claimed they were too scuffed. THE SHOE IS BLACK. I used to get all my shoes here. You lost a customer.
I was here a few months ago to exchange shoes for my toddler, the stuff is always so nice and make me and my family feel welcome which is rare in a mall like eaton centre. I am always thankful for great service for people like me who has a kid. The person helping us was name "Shy" I believe. She was great, thanks! :)

Great customer service. I was looking for a particular style of bag. First associate couldn’t find but as I was leaving a lady at the desk found exactly what I was looking for. I wish I had gotten her name.
