I called the day before to clarify if I would be able to aquire a pair of jordan 10's and they made it clear if you order and its in stock you will be good. turns out 24 hours later thry cancel the order. I wish i read the reviews before hand because i would have noticed it was a trend and not to waste my time. Thanks for nothing livestock.

The obvious disregard for the customers that came for the Jordan 4s brick by brick is something I would like to mention. The first and final time I visited your business, I was quite tired from working a 12-hour shift as a nurse at the hospital at 7 am. There were maybe 20 people in front of the store at the time. Then a group of people told me that I needed to sign my name to a black man wearing a green hat. I did so, but I was number 86, which was strange because there weren't many people in the storefront. He then instructed me to leave and return by 10 am so that he could update the list. When I returned at 9 am, he informed me that I had been taken off the list. When I first went to see how he was doing, he kept moving away from me and was now with a larger group of black men. Subsequently, his companions began making fun of me, saying that I had just arrived and that I would never receive the shoes because I was the ninetieth person. This is strange because he would have to know who I was at 7 am when I first came. We all saw later at the door that the same group who had arrived when I got there at nine were the only ones who had received shoes. Most of the folks in line who waited all night and didn't receive a pair were the ones I spoke with. Customers who also went from Hamilton, Kingston, and Niagra Falls find this to be unfair and unreasonable.
Came here for the brick by brick release got here at 7 am with barely anybody there the black guy supposedly taking names at the front took my name down and to come back before 10 i come back at 9 and he tells me he deleted my name from the list. Waste customer service. Most unprofessional store nobody should support this business. They bid names and tell you to line up for no reason. Wasted time coming from work when i should have got a pair

A very clean place where you can sometimes find things which are out of stock everywhere else. I got the Nuptse North Face Retro 1996 Black jacket from here after being turned down at all other major stores in the GTA. Only downside is it can be hard to locate as the store front doesn’t clearly show the name of the store.
