I had a not so great experience. I tried calling twice, 15 minutes apart and no one picks up. Then I showed up at the location and the door is locked but I could hear someone was inside. I waited a bit and they opened the door. I ask the question had. They say say no, So I leave. I'm not believing these "Deanna was a pleasure" reviews are legitimate. I've never seen one person be praised so much in a list of reviews. Most people just say "the staff" or "the employee/manager".
Took a trip to this store today to buy some new work boots for work. One of the smaller locations, quaint - but still a decent selection of shoes/boots to choose from. I manage to get a pair in my size for work boots I saw online, which is great. Deanna was the one helping me and she was really sweet and wonderful, her customer service was definitely appreciated.
Took a trip to this location, not sure if it’s an actual store or some kind of office for the business. I arrived at 2pm and the door at the top of the stairs was locked. When I tried to open the door a women yelled “be right there”. After about a minute or so of staring at a locked wooden door I left. I could here a man and a woman talking on the other side but nobody unlocked the door. Not very good customer service.
Been to the shop the other day to purchase my CSA approved safety shoes. Deanna the store manager was super friendly, helpful and supported me finding the right shoes. The shop has a great selection and the service is great. Highly recommended
Been there twice. Deanna the store manager really knows her stuff. I really liked dealing with a woman while at the store. It made my safety shoe shopping experience just a real delight. I've bought 2 pair there and both times it was a quick and efficient trip
Very good selection of safe shoes. I had an issue once and it was solved very fast. I definetly recommend going there for safety shoes and related accessories. :)
The lady who works their didn't not make me feel comfortable browsing by asking questions about my size or if I need this or that in my size. She was intrusive and I decided to leave and go to Scarborough location!
