We got there and they weren’t open yet but there was someone inside he wasn’t a regular salesperson but he called the owner I think and let us in to buy Labubu’s he was super nice as the person on the phone helped him to make the sale they were on the phone when we opened our boxes and it was a super fun experience. It made our day awesome we were so happy thank you!!

Everyone is super kind and helpful! The only reliable place near me for authentic blind boxes. I love that they have stamps and scratch cards. Also, the cute dog is a huge bonus!
A friend had posted Mood on her instagram and honestly, the people at mood are some of the nicest you'll ever come across. I couldn't make it to pick up my mom's birthday gift of labubus because she was on medication that she can't be left alone with. So I sent my dad who is also older but the owner treated him with such respect like he was his own father and made him so comfortable he didn't want to leave! The owner made sure I got my mom's birthday gift, (although someone else tried to lie to him to get it.....) But he made sure to get them back and into the right hands. Talk about customer service! You're all wonderful people and I have recommended them to friends. not just for labubus but for the wonderful selection of highly coveted shoes. I will be returning soon Thanks Mood for taking care of my family
