On Friday I bought a pair of NB running shoes, and the service that I got from Cole was just amazing, such a pleasant person to deal with, he actually scanned my foot to make sure I get the right fit, when I kept my foot on the scanner it was pleasantly warm to stand on specially in this cold weather. Loved it Thank you Cole.
Went to New Balance store on Bloor St. Was greeted by Kholood first thing in the morning. I explained my problem and told her what I was looking for. She showed me a few that I tried on. She knew what I wanted with a smile and I knew right then that was the right one. Knows her stuff. Thanks Kholood for the great help and recommendation. Ed.
I went to the New Balance Store in Bloor West Village today, I was looking for a pair of running shoes. After my experience with the sales person, I thought I must give Recognition to the young lady who helped me. Karlene Is by far the nicest Sales person you would ever imagine, she was extremely patient, courteous, and very knowledgable with the product, explained all the differences In the various styles I was looking at. She’s definitely one of the best sales people I have ever encountered. Thank you Karlene for helping me to choose a great pair of running shoes.
AJ was great. He found the right sneakers, they fit really well and are comfortable. I often have trouble getting footwear to fit properly, AJ made it a breeze.
Robina, was quite knowledgeable and patient in assisting me with my shoe options. Especially, I needed them for my orthotics. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (530 & 990v6), great pairs of shoes for orthotics. I applaud her for being simply amazing. Thank you.
I purchased a black fresh foam walking shoe from the New Balance location in Bloorwest Village. I just started wearing them. They have given me severe pain and discomfort. I purchased New Balance shoes in the past. After this horrible experience I will never buy a pair of New Balance shoes. I will never shop at the New Balance location in Bloorwest Village. I honestly believe they have the worse customer service. I want to pen a letter to New Balance Head Office because of this. Thank you for reading this review. This is my true and honest opinion.
Good service! Their foot measurement machine gives pretty good results so that my shoes fit very comfortably. AJ was a very helpful staff during the recent BF sales and helped me go through a few fits without any pressure. Much appreciated!
