Such a great experience at the Red Wing store. The team was professional from the start, they scanned my feet and walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense. No rush, no pressure, just real help. I am very particular about my boots and had a long list of questions. Harry handled all of it with so much patience and real knowledge. He broke things down, answered every question, and helped me land on the pair that finally felt right. Honestly, it made the whole process surprisingly easy and even enjoyable.
Tanu was extremely helpful and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to ask the right questions, understand what I needed, and guide me through different options I hadn’t even considered. Thanks to her, I ended up with the perfect pair, and now I have a second pair on my bucket list. Great service!

Went in and got fitted by Jeffrey, he was super helpful and personable and made my first experience at red wing very memorable. I definitely will return if I ever need my boots cleaned/resoled or if I need a new pair!

I have visited three Red Wing Stores. First time the scanned my feet to insure the correct size. I was looking for a pair of Chukka Boots (not the Week Ender Version) they had them just not my size. The Manager checked on line to find a store that had my size. They then called a head to confirm. The second store was waiting for me. Again a quick scan to confirm. Them with in minutes the Chukka Boots were on my feet. This time i was seen by the manager again and the Owner also took a moment to insure i knew both what to expect during the break in period. I also was given a quick lesson on caring for my Chukkas. While i was there i notice they had some Beckmans on display. They had my size but not the colour. Information taken and i was put on a waiting list. When my size and colour arrived i was informed as to which store to go to. When i arrived the manager had been informed i was coming. A quick scan to insure the correct size. With in minutes my Beckmans were on my feet. Again the manager went over the break in method. They then had the sales person inform me as how to care for them. They made sure the what i wanted was on my feet, that i had been informed as to care and that i was happy with my purchase. At no time was i rushed. Great customer service great product knowledge
