HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER purchase from this company. I ordered $495 shoes, paid $40 for shipping and they didn't fit. I returned them, paying another $47 for shipping and the company ONLY returned my original $495. So, they CHARGED ME $100 and I have NO SHOES. I lost $100. That is criminal and fraudulent in my opinion. And the company did not try and work with me or offer even half of the shipping charges to be returned to me. I don't care how comfortable or cute their shoes might be, the fact that they would not return any portion of the $100 I gave them is ridiculous and wrong.
I was gifted a handbag and its one of my favs, however it broke. I asked Ron White to fix it however they wouldn't. I only received rude customer service and poor quality bag. Proceed with caution.
They put different prices on shoes. I like the shoe and agreed the price what I was told. when I was checking out they wanted to charge me around 70 dollars more. I didn’t buy it. It was bad experience. People working there unprofessional and bad customer service. It’s common practice you honor the customer what price shown.
My recent visit to Ron White was marred by an incredibly disrespectful encounter with one of the salespersons. My mother and I were enjoying our coffee when we spotted a purse in the window display with a scarf around its handle. Intrigued, we approached the cash area where three salespersons were stationed with no other customers in sight. Politely, we inquired if we could take a closer look at the purse, simply wanting to see if the scarf was removable. To our astonishment, instead of a courteous response, one of the salespersons abruptly shouted the price at us, stating it was $495. The tone used was not only rude but also completely disrespectful. We had not even asked for the price, and the manner in which it was delivered made us feel unwelcome and unvalued as customers. The incident was so off-putting that we immediately decided against purchasing the purse. Even the other salesperson who intervened seemed taken aback by the behavior. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially in an establishment like Ron White. Customer service is key in any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of even the most basic standards of respect and courtesy. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management at Ron White to address such behavior amongst their staff and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
I have been buying my shoes from here for over 10 years. The quality of the shoes and the customer service is outstanding!! Feet are so important. Thank you for helping me look after them in great looking shoes.
