i was at Soft Moc today and the customer service was A++++ Met initially with Hailey. Initially they didn't have the boots I needed but she was able to find me even a better option. She found me the right size and the service was top notch !! Quick and effective and went out of her way to find me something suitable and also checked other stores While i was waiting i was chatting with Dayary and Afsin two other staff members and they also were super friendly and engaging I work in the employment field and this is not an easy job delivering retail customer service but they do it effectively and with a smile Look forward to going back and would highly recommend this store to others
Walked into the store to get a pair of winter boots for myself. Kelly was very kind and quick with getting me a bigger sized boots when the first pair I got was a bit tight. I ended up getting a pair of Blundstone which is also CSA approved so was even better.
I walked in the store intending to just browse but ended up getting a pair of shoes because of the nice lady her name is Muskan. The store was already busy but she kept her cool which I appreciate, one of the disappointing issues is that not all store workers there will be friendly and their attitude makes actual customers want to just leave but I’m happy with the turnaround in the end. Keep up with the good service!
Came in on Sunday when it was super busy, but Muskan was so patient and helpful! She still took the time to help me find the right size and pair of shoes. Really appreciate her kindness!
Went in with my baby and husband and the staff were sadly very catty and had a rude undertone. Was very unpleasant and couldn't leave fast enough. Too bad
I have tried to buy shoes and boots here multiple times and have always been disappointed by the service. Rude, unhelpful, and downright combative. Whether it’s returning a pair of boots after six weeks because of a manufacturer’s defect or trying to buy a pair of shoes that they could have ordered, just nope.
Overall, I highly recommend SoftMoc Dufferin Mall. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. The store was clean and well organized. Checkout process was quick
