Went into Work Authority this morning, having never bought work boots in my life and confused. Thanks to Shannon, I left 15 minutes later having spent less than anticipated and with a great pair of boots. Very friendly and professional staff. They know their products inside and out. I have purchased boots here many times and I'm always treated well when I'm at this Work Authority. The shop has moved inside the mall since the last time I was there and it looks great. They are very organized and everything is easy to find. Thank you for providing awesome service!

I've been coming to this location for 5 years to get work boots. Always a good experience, always have good selection, They really want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, even if you try on 12 pairs they are always super helpful. Girl that works there always good for a laugh, also knows her stock extremely well and when orders are coming in etc if you want something else/diff size. Always pickup a new toque when I'm there they are good quality. Recommend!
Had to stop in and get a pair of comfortable work boots to replace a pair that disintegrated upon traveling last year. Stopped in, since it was close to my host's apartment, and although a small store, they had selection in my size (13). The boots I ended up purchasing were a great deal, and they're one of my favorite pairs to date...still in great shape (and I WORK in all conditions in these boots). Gentleman working was helpful, made sure I was happy with the purchase before walking out the door. Will definitely visit again, if necessary.
