I don't know why there is only a 3.5 rating for this place. This is the freshest poke bowl I have tried. So tasty and delicious. Also reasonable priced. Great customer service

I’m not really one to complain about customer service, but Today I came this afternoon around 4PM and ordered a tuna tartar and the lady charged me for tuna tartar maki. I only noticed because while I was waiting, i re-read my receipt. I told her about her error and then she says sorry, theres a difference of .35 cents between the items, which honestly if its your mistake- why would you make the customer pay for such a little amount… then I get my order of tuna tartar, and I ask her if theres everything in it, including the nori chips, and then she proceeds to tell me that this orange garnish stuff is nori chips, which its not: we were in a rush for the go train so im kinda like whatever, ill take your word for it. But yeah no nori chips. Not to be rude, but it was super atrocious customer service, on all levels.

The food is fresh and flavourful. Made of high quality ingredients. The service is professional and friendly. I would recommended their sunrise poke bowl, twin salmon maki roll and any flavour of their bubble teas.

They seemed to have changed their selections to choose from which I say is a huge improvement. It felt like before every option must have salmon or tuna and now they have combos with better varieties of sushi and simple sashimi. Price ranges now also vary more because they offer classic items compared to before. Love their sushi and everything tasted great. Definitely would return.

I love sushi shop in general, but this location makes the sushi the most beautifully, like it looks very artistic and precise. I love their sushi so much!
