When I arrived at Katya, my pants were hurting. I had four pairs of jeans stretched and torn at the crotch. Thé problem? Two jeans had been previously “repaired”: ie. sewed and glued with non stretch fabric. I learned always check your tailor if it’s a nice pair. Katya fixed all four pants perfectly. She’s professional, timely, great quality, and skilled in her craft. I highly recommend this business for its quality craft and highly skilled artisan.
I had an incredible experience with Katya. I went to her for measurements for a dress I'm having custom made. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and generous in the options she provided me with. She went above and beyond in helping me. I can't wait for the dress to come in and to work with Katya again for the custom tailoring. ---------------- UPDATE - The measurements Katya helped me with were perfect. Katya also helped me request certain allowances from the dressmaker so that the dress could be altered when it arrived, if needed. Fortunately, this wasn't required, but I was so grateful for Katya's expertise.
Amazing attention to detail. I just wanted some pockets and Katya went above and boyond, she added accent pieces and made the pockets Extra large & super warm!
Katya was amazing, I brought her a shirt that had a complex rip on the back. She said because it was going to be a challenging repair she said it would be about a week as she would have to re stitch the border of the rip (Metallica logo). She completed it in one day and it looks badass! I’ll be going to her for all my tailoring/stitching needs. 10/10
