This place is amazing! The studio has immaculate vibes and I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo! Leanne did a fantastic job, she was patient and made me feel so safe. Thank you for fitting me in and 100% will travel to get a tattoo here again!
I had such a great experience! Yuen was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The design she created is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The shop itself is very clean and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work!
I attended this shop for a sleeve from a tattoo artist that had. A guest spot. I worked everything out online before for my first appointment. I had several appointments necessary for a large size tattoo. The artist was super kind and considerate. Everyone else that worked there and the owners were stellar. The shop is very open, it is clean and well lit. Artists add their own personal touches to their workstations. There are snacks and refreshments for clients. I can understand why there are so mmay 5 star ratings. I don't have anything bad to say about this shop or the people in it. Great experience! And this is my fifth tattoo.

The shop itself is super clean, all the artists are very friendly and welcoming and the whole establishment gives off a Family feel, Complimentary snacks and drinks, Just a great shop full of great artists, just go in and take a look at the walls. Excellent experience from start to finish with Chloe. Super responsive via email first getting in touch and excellent customer service at the consultation. This was the first time I’ve had designs sent to me before the day of the tattoo which was a nice change! And they blew me away. I’d been searching for an artist specializing in a wood-cut style for quite some time, and Chloe was the right choice! GlassBird is a super clean and creative environment. Other employees who weren’t tattooing were busy painting and producing other content. It was a bright and bustling hub of creativity. Lovely experience through and through.

Overall a very good experience. Quality of the tattoos are really great. Really accessible by transit. Joseph (my tattoo artist) was really kind, and easy to talk to. It was my first colour tattoo in a tender area, and he kept checking to see if I was ok to keep going. Would definitely go here for more tattoos in the future.
