DO NOT GO FOR PIERCINGS!! (My wife booked it so don't say you don't have a record of this) Took my daughter, 6 years and very excited for her first piercing. We had confirmed with them they were comfortable with kids 5+. After the initial ear was pierced, my daughter was fine and still smiling, then I noticed the piercers hands were shaking, A LOT! She was clearly nervous and uncertain. Then she fumbled for about 10 minutes trying to get the earing attached, blaming everything from her extra long nails to the size fitting. After more failed attempts, constantly dropping the fitting and even asking us to try(?!?!) my daughter was now very upset and we had to stop the process. The piercer was very apologetic, however the response to the initial review we submitted was not and we haven't received a refund, so here is another one star for you. Going forward I recommend: DO NOT SAY YOU DO CHILDREN (though I see a ton of bad reviews for your piercings in general) DO APOLOGIZE TO UPSET CUSTOMERS IN REVIEWS DO REFUND MONEY FOR THESE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES
I was hanging outside the store with Rishi right before they opened, I learned it's his first day at the place, but having 6 years of experience made me confident he will do a good job, and boy did he! He did an amazing job with my fleur de lis, and he's an overall great guy. If you ever see him feel free to have him show you his work on his Instagram
Went in for an extremely easy piece in August 2021 - a tiny (size of a quarter) black heart… Spoke to the manager and we agreed on a certain artist and price - this artist had a relatively high-level of experience… Just about to start tattooing when all of a sudden the manager says a new, much less experienced artist would do it (for the same price). Whatever. It’s an extremely easy piece… I do not have high standards at all when it comes to my tattoos but this new artist did a very poor job. The black colouring is extremely uneven, I can see skin at the top of the tattoo (where it’s supposed to be black) and have been able to ever since I got it. I hesitated to leave a negative review but this has really bothered me ever since it happened. I’m very unhappy with management for the last minute artist change (and the fact the price stayed the same even though the quality of the artist was lowered) and the fact that the new artist was very inexperienced (which is made evidently clear by the poor technical skill displayed in the tattoo) and extremely unhappy with the poor, uneven, downright bad-quality colouring of the tattoo.
Stefano did my "Runic" tattoo approximately a year ago, still get compliments from people(coworkers,clients and random). Healed properly , still looking fresh. Definently artist of my choice. Definently will be getting more done by same artist. Great quality and schedule flexibility.
I am really impressed with the skills and service provided by this shop! Not only were the artists really friendly but they actually collaborate with their customers and listen to what they want. I went in to get a tattoo fixed that I had gotten from another shop and Scott (Alveno) was really great with making sure he understood what I wanted fixed and would check in with me to make sure I'm okay and if I want him to fix any other areas. Also, the shop is really clean and organized. I would totally recommend this shop and the artists (they're super talented and nice).
My friend and I happened to walk by the shop last night, saw that they were still open late, went in and asked about getting a tiny tattoo (not my first) and the artists kindly offerred to do a second small one because there is a base price. I ended up walking out an hour later with two small tattoos which I've been meaning to get for ages! The artists were super accomodating, made good suggestions, very chill, and the shop was clean. Overall great atmosphere and great experience. Chelsea was my artist, but everyone there seemed cool!
I love this place! Very clean ! I had anxiety about getting tattooed but they made me feel right at home. The location was super easy to get to and close to food (for my friend who accompanied me). Recommend!
