Cashless business. I was willing to purchase your tea at your store. Previously I was able to used cash to purchase my items. I also have a rewards. But I was told you no longer accept cash , which is legal tender in Canada. This is a form of discrimination to those who don’t always have the means for debit or credit. But they have the money to purchase your product. Shame, I won’t be purchasing my tea from your establishment again.

I don't usually make reviews but today I had such an amazing experience. I was helped by a wonderful girl named "M". Not only was she extremely helpful in helping me find a gifts for family (gave me a bunch of ideas in different price ranges), but was funny and gave me lots of new drink ideas for the future! Very positive environment, will be back soon!
Horrible service, i walked out Went asking for their chai tea and the lady says we have a lot of chai flavours. Tf? Like that’s Davids chai is their product name. It was busy and the staff seemed to want to help only certain demographic and you can guess which ones. Never going back.
Super helpful and professional staff. Made the experience fun. Lots to choose from and decent loyalty program. Looking forward to the upcoming seasonals.
I stopped into this store during my latest visit to Toronto, and overall it was a pretty fun experience. I liked how the staff seem to be somewhat passionate about the products they sell. However my absolute favorite shopping experience at this store was back in 2016 when I received help from a very tall male manager who shared an almost identical passion for tea like I have. I hoped he would still be working at this store, but the current staff were friendly, though sadly did not share their passion for tea with me which I feel is a vital part of any shopping experience at a Davids Tea. This store is missing its menu board, and the staff didn’t seem too aware of the drink offers for the day. That being said, it’s nice to see this location survived the slashing of stores due to the pandemic. I do hope that coconut oolong and strawberry moringa come back again.
Cute little place. The staff here are extremely kind - they helped me find a gift, when I had no idea what I wanted, and even kindly replaced a mug I bought when I realized it had a crack. A bit pricey - but expected with the quality.
