Amazing service! I find the employees here are really kind and are always willing to spark a conversation. To anyone going here and is an extrovert, its a great place to go to not just for drinks and tea but a conversation haha.
Kelvin did a wonderful job on fulfilling my request for something Matcha, Hot and Fun! It was jolly nice, and sweet, and Mango-y. I think that if it would have been great with also with strawberry as a hot drink too. Thank you! <3
I got the Hojicha Oat Milk Latte it was great and the male employee had great service and was really helpful! Will definitely go back to try other drinks
I usually like getting tea from there but today on 4th July 2025 there was this guy i requested him my usual tea to add honey in it which he did not. Then I went to ask him he said I think he did but he can give me sugar to add. That was so irresponsible. I left saying thank you. There was this other man who walked by and c/o not getting the discount refund. I am not against the guy but he seem confused:) I came from overnight shift needed a good tea but when I went back to ask again he would not have asked to add sugar lol
Depending on what you're looking for, you might love or hate this place. The selection of teas, either bagged or made to go, are amazing. But the two teas my boyfriend and I got (sparkling strawberry and brown sugar milk tea) are not very sweet, which was a bit disappointing. The service was great, as others have noted.
A hidden gem!!! For those who prefer REAL tea, not that sugar flavor junk, this is the place. A good variety of exotic blends! The perfect place to grab a drink for your train rides, or refresh you when you arrive in Union station

This reminds me of an Asian version of David's Tea. I came to try this place as it was new. Their tea taste is very close to a traditional tea taste. I'm not a big fan of paper straws. I know some places carry a sugar cane straw so maybe that can be considered.
