Bad staff attitude. I was recording myself, and she noticed and said, 'No pictures or videos allowed' (although there was no sign). From then she gave me attitude. She let me wait for 10 minutes while she was texting on her phone, after a while she came inside and a guy came out to cook. Both of them gave me a really bad attitude. They delivered my Pad Thai to a container even though I answered “for here” when she asked if I wanted the food to be taken out or for here. Never come here again!!! No recommendation!!
Tried their Thai Chicken Fried Rice, was pretty good. I ate for lunch and could also bring home from the same portion. Paid about $15. There are just 2 people at the kitchen and it looked like they were well organized to keep the orders moving.
Spicy fish pad thai is my fav. It's inside a food court so mostly for lunch but delicious. Giving 4 stars for inconsistency with the fish portion in pad Thai, sometimes it's alot sometimes 3 small fish pieces.
I ordered basil chicken rice and a bottle of water for C$13 and there were barely 10 threads of shredded chicken meat. T'was basically rice with pepper and soy sauce with 2 pcs of diced carrot and 1 basil leaf. Disgusting!.
Should have trusted the other reviews - terrible food and even worse service. Ordered tofu and vegetable stir fry with chilli paste and lemongrass. There was no tofu and when asked they told me that's not what I ordered and that I have to pay more for it. I asked the manager (who I ordered from) about it and he said no you ordered just vegetables. They argued with me for a while then I gave up... There was no lemongrass, no chilli paste, just a bland anonymous brown sauce with nearly all onion and bean sprouts and a couple of pieces of soggy carrots. It was not even stir fried, they boil the vegetables first in some gross dirty water on the side...
If you get the Pad Thai you get loads of noodles and barely any chicken it's unreal, at a whopping $12! You will not get what you paid for. Very poor meat portions, rip off. It is irrelevant that they are fast with service, they should value customers a lot more
Never going back to this one had better thai express at yonge and gerard. Seems quality is not one of their concerns. A friend ordered green curry from this place and it wasn't even green. The chicken was so bland. It was like i was looking at cream sauce
