Not really even sure i would call this food. Scraps of nearly raw beef on top of a bowl of spaghetti with a Mr. Noodles seasoning pack and some bits of frozen veg. Save your money and punch yourself in the face instead, you won't get food poisoning.
We arrived very late to the food court today where most other stalls were closed. The cashier was very kind and accepted our orders. The Thai tea she recommended was also very refreshing! Great food, excellent service.
Ordered the chicken pad Thai and was great for fast food Thai food. Hits the spot for whenever I’m craving Thai. Noticed they use a thicker noodle than other locations and is saucier but for the better!
I wonder why there have been so many 1-star reviews at this specific branch because my experience was the same as any other Thai express you can find at other places. My only complaint is that Eaton center is busy in general and the atmosphere was kind of noisy and messy.
Went to THAI EXPRESS today in the Eaton Centre and found a huge piece of glass only a couple bites into my pad thai. I called them and their response was to make me another one... I ended up spending 20 minutes on the subway to get back down there and demanded a refund and that their cooks be made aware. They gave me a refund and said they told their cooks, no manager on site, no apology, no effort to rectify the incident except my exact amount back. Nothing more for my time or the fact that I had to subway there and back again. Also, didn't ask me if I hurt myself. Kind of the most important question. I used to love this place... Never again
I ordered the mild beef pad Thai and after waiting they announced it was beef pad sew ew. I told them ordered pad Thai and that I didn’t want the pad sew. I waited once again, but turned around to talk to friends. I took the takeout box once they were done and trusted them. Turns out they gave me the original pad sew ew and it made me sick. I didn’t pay for the pad sew ew and it shocks me how the staff shows reckless disregard for preparing the food I asked for. What if I had an allergy to an ingredient in the pad sew ew? Will not be returning.
Terrible food and health regulations. There is no sneeze guard for the food and toppings at the counter. Siracha sauce was watered down in the bottle and the establishment just felt dirty. Highly recommend not eating here.
