I'm disappointed about buying food here. Are they in business to satisfy customers? I wish I can get my money back. I paid almost $20. For a small portion. Gush, the chicken is not real , stale just heat it up. And serve.
Usually every time shopping at yorkdale with family, Thai express is my first option to eat! Love the Pad Thai the most, and my kids can have their own special orders!!!
I got my lunch on my break it’s so yummy and spicy I love it so fast and freshly made loaded with chicken and noodles. I’m definitely going back everyday for lunch
I miss thai express at yd location they had the best pad thai here in Canada.. I tried several thai express and non beats this location. Sad they closed down
Pretty bad experience being that the soup container did not even last 2 subway stations. The soup was all over the bag and cardboard, just ate Tom Yum Noodles.
Absolutely the most disappointing Thai express location. I’ve ordered take out twice here, and the first time the workers didn’t put the lid on properly so my soup spilled everywhere. Today, I ordered take out again and got home to this... the bowl had a hole in it and my soup completely leaked in the bag. Wasted my time and money and didn’t get to eat my lunch.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Came here since my boyfriend and I enjoy the Thai Express at the STC. We always order the same meal anytime we go to Thai Express Pad Thai chicken and a Pad Thai Beef. The first thing was when made the order I said the cashier. " I have 2 cards and SPC card and a points card". The cashier replied okay. When I asked about adding my points he told me it's to late and that my Ponta con not be added. When I made the order I asked for it on To-go box and for the meals to be spicy and we ended up with the plates and mild food. There was barely any chicken or beef in the food and no tofu. Definitely will not be coming back
