I booked our family vacation with Dave Zolis at Flight Center at the Royal Bank Plaza, Toronto. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and very supportive through every step of the process. Clearly a travel enthusiast who goes above and beyond for his clients. Our trip was amazing and I will definitely book through Dave for our next trip.

Always hate to leave a bad review, but this was ridiculous; I've been tasked with booking the annual ~20 person resort trip for my friends - aka a potentially great account with what I imagine carries a decent commission; Was looking for a reliable agent and saw that this Flight Centre was a short walk from home; Website clearly stated they are open at 10 AM, and did not stipulate anywhere that an appointment was necessary; Visited there today (May 15th, 2024) just before 10 AM - sign on the door confirms they open at 10 AM, and again nothing about needing an appointment; Waited till 10:05, tried the doors - locked; There was a maintenance man also waiting out front to get in; His English wasn't too strong but he pointed to the back where we could both clearly see all the agents doing their daily standup meeting; OK fine, meeting is running a bit long; Eventually the maintenance guy is able to wave a woman over to open the door - she lets him in, and as I peer in to inquire about opening, she closes and locks the door without saying anything! Clearly saw me, saw that I wanted to ask something, and she couldn't be bothered; I should have walked away, but gave it another 10 mins - it's now 10:20; There are now agents at their desks who clearly have an eye's view to the front door - I try the door again, still locked - give it a little knock, no one looks up, but I find it very hard to believe they didn't know I was there; I'm sorry, but if you can't even manage to open your business on time or acknowledge a potential customer, there isn't a chance in hell I am trusting you with tens of thousands of dollars of my friends and I's money;

Will never book with Flight Centre again. Called to book an all-inclusive vacation with them and it was nothing but issues from the beginning. I felt like the agent didn't care about customer service & was just happy to be getting a sale/commission. We requested 2 beds in the room and they said, yep no problem. When we were sent the quote, there was nothing about bed type on there & the agent said "we don't show that on the quote, but I have it in your reservation". We should have gotten it in writing, or just not booked at that point, if they couldn't confirm the bed type (lesson learned). We tried to follow up with Flight Centre & the hotel a few weeks before our travel date & no one could help us switch it to 2 beds prior to arrival. We get to the resort & they have us booked with 1 bed! The resort was kind enough to help us sort it out & move our room to 2 beds, but it took 45 minutes. I just felt that Flight Centre didn't really care about you or your booking after they got your money. I will never book with them again and will always book direct with the hotel/resort from now on.

I have used Steve Peca for my travels. He is very patient and professional. I like how he 78always double checks everything for me, especially when I am traveling with my children. Steve holds your hand from start to finish and offers great travel advice. I would recommend him anytime. Thank you, Steve, for always being there.

I used Bernardo as my agent what a solid guy ? he helped book my trip with zero stress and all I had to do was click provide info and pay what a simple seamless process ? thanks you for a great stress free booking experience and I will be a trusted customer going forward ?

Better than booking online. Better for the same reason as why we use real estate agents: service, plus expertise. These guys have the knowledge, and are fun to chat with, so, Yes please! Works for me. Booked both our summer trips with them this year.

I have been using Ryan to book my personal and business travel for the past 10 years and recently assisted me with my Mexican Cruise to Cozumel. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very personable, definitely recommend him and anyone on his team.
