This is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. My husband left it in their hands to plan a perfect trip for my Christmas holidays and it was the worst. They planned a trip to Cuba where there is no food, fly issues everywhere. It was a disaster. I spent 1 night out of 7 and they refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this travel service to my enemy
Extremely poor experience lately. Their service has gone down drastically. We ha have been using their services for many years but last two times the service has been below average. Due to their lack of timely responses we endded up paying g hundreds of dollars more per ticket.
