They are the best!!! This past summer I took an extensive trip through Europe and I am so thankful that I had Flight Centre to help me book and co-ordinate my itinerary. There was so much that I was unaware of with respect to flight connections, tours, what to avoid, what the must-sees were and general information regarding the cities I stayed in. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit if you're planning to go anywhere - they'll plan A to Z and give you the advice you just cant get from online booking sites.
