She was extremely helpful in booking and coordinating my group tour and updating me on any changes. I usually like to fully research and book trips on my own, but with time being constraint I needed some help with my last minute trip. When we first approached Jordan we thought we had given her an impossible task; we wanted to go to Europe, we wanted to see multiple countries, and we wanted to do it on a budget. To make things more complicated we had a restrictive time frame because we had to be in Hungary on a specific date for a wedding. Not only did she meet our budget but she suggested an additional country we could stop in, and we did it all under budget. When we arrived at our first destination we quickly discovered that Jordan had understood exactly what we were looking for. The timetable she gave us was perfect and we had just the right amount of time in each location. We stayed in the city centre of each country and Jordan matched us with hotels that that fit our personality and budget. On top of it all Jordan was always swift to respond when we called with a request and made time to meet with us on several occasions. We're planning our next vacation and already know we'll be going through Jordan again.
wanted to leave a review on the amazing service i recieved from Jessica Spaven. She assisted me in booking my flight to New York a few weeks ago. i gave her a price range and she was able to find me something for less than i budgeted for which was amazing. Jessica was very professional and efficient and even went out of her way to follow up with me to see how my travels went. Ive booked a group vacation across South East Asia with 5 friends and another trip for a friend in Cambodia also. Both trips we complex but Nicole F. from the Flight Centre Church Street took the time and helped me plan the best freakin trip ever!
