First off, the lobby was under construction and honestly a total mess. There were no signs anywhere showing where the clinic was, which made it really confusing to find. When we finally got inside, the place had a musty smell — not something you’d expect (or want) in a clinic, which was a bit concerning. The person who helped us, Nicole, really needs to pay more attention to personal hygiene. It didn’t make me feel comfortable at all, and honestly, my boyfriend and I didn’t even want to get vaccinated by her. What a waste of time and money . I wouldn’t recommend this vaccine clinic. Update: The owner reached out and personally followed up regarding the issues we experienced. He were very friendly and understanding, which I appreciated.
Kristine was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helped me plan for my Kenya and Tanzania trip. It was a smooth proccess and talking to her was very easy and welcoming.
This was my first time using a travel clinic and my experience was so positive I feel no need to try others. My RN, Kristine, was kind and patient taking the time to answer all my questions. Very satisfied with the service I received. Kristine, the NP, is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you have accurate information regarding vaccines. 100% recommend this clinic to those needing vaccines that are not publicly funded/covered by OHIP.
They provide a consult but will flat out refuse to have your prescription sent elsewhere, and charging nearly twice what my local pharmacy was quoting for non-OHIP covered vaccines. Everything that is wrong with privatized healthcare
I can’t express how appreciative I am of the professionals at this clinic! This is the first time I’m traveling after the pandemic where I had faced some health issues and was naturally a little apprehensive. The nurse I met with was informative and most importantly kind. She was very patient with me and explained everything about my shots in detail. She saw I was nervous about the shots and took the time to provide me with the necessary information to reassure me. When I had called the clinic I received great service and it continued in person. Thank you for helping this nervous person calm down and feel supported!
