What an incredible experience everytime I visit this clinic. The doctors and the nurses most especially the kind and amiable MAYA are fantastic and very considerate. I recommend this travel clinic to all travelers who require an ABOVE and BEYOND treatment and service. Thank you so much to all of them at this clinic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I paid $1,000+ for a 5-min consultation and three vaccines that were probably administered in 2 minutes. Felt like a rip off. They also asked for my OHIP card, no idea why.

We had a pretty good experience at this clinic! We made an appointment early in the day, and had a fairly minimal wait time. We were strongly encouraged to get several vaccines for our trip, but were not pushed on the ones that we chose to decline. We were able to get all the vaccines we needed on the same day as the consultation. Thank you!

Absolutely abysmal experience. Despite having an appointment, on neither occasion that I went for my doses was anyone present at reception - you have to wait until you see a random staff member wandering down the hallway. I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes past my appointment time, where they tried to upsell me on various unnecessary vaccines - and once I decided which to receive, I spent another 1/2 hour sitting and waiting while staff wandered around. Additionally, when I mentioned a well-known auto-immune disorder from which I suffer, the nurse had zero knowledge of it and gave dangerously inaccurate information.

Great experience at the North York site. No waiting. Friendly staff. Consultation is virtual. There is the usual obligatory information session for your destination with additional vaccinations suggested but you can just get the vaccination you want.

Horrible Experience – Avoid This Clinic Our experience with this travel vaccine clinic was awful from start to finish. First, we had to pay for a phone consultation, even though we already knew exactly which vaccines were required. We confirmed the vaccines we needed, yet when we arrived for our scheduled appointment a week later, we were forced to wait an hour and a half past our appointment time. Once we finally saw the nurse—who was one of the only positive aspects of our visit—we were informed that one of the vaccines we needed was out of stock. With limited time before travel, we had to scramble to find it elsewhere. To make matters worse, when we submitted the bill to our insurance, we discovered that the clinic had marked up the vaccine prices nearly double what is considered reasonable. As a result, we were left paying almost half the cost out of pocket. If you plan to use insurance, double-check what the acceptable charge amounts are before going here. I will never return to this facility and will actively warn others to avoid it.

Our appointment time was not honoured, we ended up being there over 2 hours. Bad customer service at reception. Fees are very high, I would shop around. Would be one star but NP and Nurse who saw us were kind and did not try to upsell us. They also saw us together as a family of 4 on short notice, so if you have no other options our experience was that we got what we needed in the end, at a high cost in terms of money and time.
