When I had to put my cat down a few months ago, they couldn't have been more compassionate and sensitive. They allowed to spend time alone with her and told me "You can kick me out until 11:59 tonight if you need more time. They helped me through a very painful time.
This is my third dog that I am bringing there they have always treated both myself and my dog with the utmost respect and integrity.And for my experience with no excessive costs.
Staff and doctors are great but the cost of the services are too high. They should really consider offering more competitive pricing. That would make them the ideal place to take your pet.
Extremely friendly staff. I accidentally cut my dogs nail too short and he was bleeding, naturally I was losing it and rushed down here. They treated him and were very compassionate, on top of that they didn't even charge! I couldn't believe it! They also gave him lots of treats and he had a very positive experience. Thank you SO much!
