It's Sunday, 2 PM. We have an 18 year old cat with end-stage renal failure. She will be put down in two days. We've been giving her SC fluids since August. I just realized that we didn't close off our line to her fluids after giving them to her last night and our bag is empty. Leaside Animal Hospital is not our vet clinic simply due to proximity, but they're one of the closest clinics open on Sunday.I called them and explained my situation and asked if we could buy a bag. I was put on hold and the technician came back to say that, no, since we are not clients, they will not sell us a bag. I asked why and she said that we could give our cat too much fluid. I explained that we've been doing this since August and it is our second cat that's had renal failure. She still said no.Attached is a photo of our cat, who we love dearly. I hope the veterinarian looks at this photo before he or she denies a pet parent of what is a simple, humanitarian request. A vet should use some logic before denying something as simple as a bag of sub q fluid, which, if my cat doesn't get, will suffer from the effects of dehydration. Shame on you.

The doctors are so wonderful and I trust them completely. My dog loves going there and doesn't struggle go through the door. She wags her tail and rushes in. Doctors and staff are extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend them.

Worst vet Tech Ive ever come acrossed. She doesnt care about animals and on top of that you could hear her swear at the back. Im suprised this vet has a lot of good reviews.

I have only had the best experiences with this vet. All of the doctors and staff are super friendly , and I honestly have the sense that they really care about the well being of the animals first.I have brought my dog and cat in , and following treatments theyve recovered fast without any complications. I highly recommend this vet!!

Love the clinic and the petshop. Best customer service!
