Great friendly staff. Professional veterinarians. Market prices. Only once did one of the vets attempt to upsell us. But we haven't gone back to him. The rest have been extremely kind and work to inform us as best as possible about things so we can best care for our dog.
I always love my experience at BVC! The staff are excellent and informative when I have questions. I know my pet is getting the help he needs with staff who care.
I have seen several of the vets at Bloorcourt for my Great Dane puppy and we always have an excellent experience. The Vets, Vet Techs and the receptionists are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The clinic is also really great at fitting you in when you need an appointment - on several occasions that were time sensitive/urgent, I called in the morning asking for an appointment and was in to see a vet later that day. My only minor complaint is that sometimes the wait times can be a little lengthy but for the service I receive, I feel it's worth the wait. I am very happy to bring my dog here and am confident that he is receiving the proper care and treatment from the team. Thank you!!

The vets and technicians do their best to keep even stressed animals comfortable during exams, and always explain the different options for treatment. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly do this job because they love it.
