From the moment I walk in, they make me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. Waxing and laser appointments can be intimidating, but they somehow make the entire experience enjoyable with their professionalism, kindness, and friendly energy. They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always ensure I’m comfortable every step of the way. I trust them completely and recommend Alicia and Michelle to all of my friends — they truly make Fuzz Wax Bar such a standout experience!
I have been a member of this wax bar for 10+ years and my last visit was the nail in the coffin. My appts never start on time. Ever. I always have to wait a minimum of 5 mins to be called and have waited as long as 20 mins after my start time. There's never an apology for wasting my time or starting the appt late. Today, I was 5 minutes late for my appt. When I walked in, I was informed they wouldn't be able to do one of my services because I was late. When I let them know this was unacceptable as they have a history of tardiness, the front desk argued with me for an additional 5 minutes until I finally told them we were wasting time and the service they couldn't do would have been done by now. Turns out we had enough time to do both services and we completed them in time. The quality of the service is always good but the attitude of the front desk is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I will be cancelling my membership as a result of this visit.
I had a terrible experience getting waxed here recently. The woman who did my wax tore off all the hair instead of pulling them out which resulted in all the hair growing back less then 2 weeks later as well as extremely painful ingrown hairs all over my body from the bad waxing service. When I called to ask if they could help with this issue the woman on the phone was extremely rude and refused to offer any maintenance issues to help or a reimbursement of any of the money I paid for the services. Until this experience I had been a loyal customer to this location. However, after this terrible service and appallingly interaction with this extremely rude employee on the phone I will not be coming back again. I would suggest anyone thinking of coming here to think twice as the service is completely dependent on the skill level of the staff which clearly varies greatly and if they do make a mistake, you can be sure they will do nothing to help you.
Been coming here since I started getting waxed and the staff is always top notch. It’s also a super clean space and very friendly and informative staff. If your looking to get waxed somewhere but your nervous come here :)
Great staff, horrible catty management. The turnover rate is insane, good luck trying to keep an aesthetician here that will be there long term for your waxing needs
I have been a customer at fuzz for years. Including throughout the pandemic (where I paid and didn’t use the service) Today I booked an appointment with Emily over the phone for 5:20 pm. When I got to the appointment at 5:18 she told me she took a walk in instead of my booked appointment. I want to point out that she remembered booking it with me, and she rolled her eyes. As though it was my fault. I have never before written a negative review about any business. But this was completely unprofessional
Today was my first time coming here for a brazillian wax and it was great. Very clean and organized area. Michelle is awesome she did a phenomenal job on my wax she took her time and she made it very comfortable. I forgot the lady in the front name was but she was very nIce and helpful and answered all my questions I needed and she was very patient with me when I was applying for the membership on my phone. They have a membership promotion which is amazing for me!! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back!
