I’ve been going to this location For about 2 years now. All the staff there are so welcoming and sweet and especially the receptionists. Emily is so good at her job and does my Brazilian so quickly and thoroughly. They use amazing products that make the wax service manageable and the place is very clean and smells very nice, great ambiance <3
First time here and my experience was phenomenal. The girls were able to book me in super last minute (within 10 minutes) when my regular wax girl elsewhere cancelled on me! Everyone at the front door and my wax girl were so friendly and professional - wish I got their names. Definitely going to look into getting a membership.
I got a wax from Hiral some months ago and it was genuinely the worst waxing experience of my life. It hurt so much and she left, no joke, about 20% of the hair still there. I had to go home and finish the wax myself - it took about eight more full strips to complete.
This was such an amazing experience. I recently had a bad experience at another establishment so was hesitant going to another place. But after reading positive reviews, I booked an appointment. The staff was so pleasant and the experience was enjoyable and and Teish made me feel so very comfortable. I highly recommend Fuzz on Church street. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.
The staff here is always the sweetest & very informative. So attentive to each hair & I like how kind each of the staff are. Sofia especially was the best! Thank you.
Women take pride in how they groom themselves; it is truly disappointing and astonishing that the employee doing my wax did not care. The employee doing my wax left hair on me, disregarded my instructions for a thin landing strip and left a patch of hair that my husband questioned if i even went to get a wax and lastly she left wax on me. Thee most unprofessional wax I have received in my life. If you did not have time to perform the service that you are selling reschedule your client. Don't lose business because your employee wanted to do a rushed job. Horrible, will never be returning and I do not recommend to even my worst enemy. I should not have paid for a service I did not receive truly disappointed in the women there.
I wanted to love this place since it is close to home but they waxed my skin off which then scarred. They offered me aloe vera, not even a refund. At this point I had aloe vera at home already. I’m very easy going and have never left a bad review before. It’s not worth going back
