I got charged more than $70 for a Brazilian for “extra length” when I did my last one literally 4 weeks ago. In their website it says $50. I think they could told had communicated me about the extra charges while booking at least or during the appointment and not finding out when cashing out, also their membership it’s a one year contract and I’ve been doing memberships for the last years in other places where you can cancel it whenever you want so overall I think they’re better and cheaper places you can find in the area.

Waxing can feel like such a vulnerable service, but she makes it comfortable with her warm, friendly personality. She’s also incredibly skilled. Out of everyone I’ve ever been waxed by, she is the least painful and always delivers amazing results. Her salon has such a bright, fresh, and modern vibe. It’s always spotless, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The whole experience feels professional yet warm, and you can tell how much care she puts into both her work and the space. I trust Parul completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Got talked into purchasing a yearly membership I only used 5 times. When I realized that it had auto renewed for 4 months after the end of year and asked for a refund, since I hadn't used their services in about 8 months. They refused to do so because I hadn't contacted them to cancel it. Very opportunistic place that cares more about money than client satisfaction.
