THIS 1 STAR FOR RUDE OLD GUY. I was there couple of weeks ago for plant stand , lady was super nice and helpfull showing me what they have. I did not ask help I was just walking around and checking what they have. And then this guy approached and ask what I want, I told him I need this size plant stand showing with my hand the height. He showed me some very small size stands and then 1 huge tall stand , and I said this is very tall , I need mid size and then he showed his real face and become ugly rude. He said I am not easy to satisfy. Lol what do you ant me to do but that huge tall plant stand and make you happy This is business , I have right to choose what I want to pay. Hope they learn lesson, no more support rude individual small business owners. Respect customer so they can respect you.

The other negative reviews are correct, the male owner/employee was rude and condescending! Lack of customer service, would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere!

It was fun to get into Beverly's Collection and to search for treasure in the daedalus of the store . A lot of China and porcelain. A nice selection of silver and costume Jewelry. I got a bone cat netsuke for a good price. A little crowded but we see mostly everything.

Love this place! Really great selection of items and there is always new stuff, very reasonable prices as well. Every staff member I’ve interacted with here is extremely friendly and helpful. They remember you and the types of items you like if you’re a regular.

As a customer, I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this antique store. We went to purchase a set and asked if we could see an item we thought was similar. Initially, the seller refused, but after we insisted and help of young man, they finally brought it over—and it turned out to be the same. Instead of addressing the mix-up calmly, the lady became visibly upset. Fortunately, a young man(James) working there was extremely helpful, kind and patient, which made our purchase experience much smoother. However, on another visit, we encountered an older guy who treated us with a shocking lack of respect. We asked if we could have more discount, and he responded by calling us “cheap,” which is absolutely no way to speak to a customer. While the lady accept our offer, we canceled the deal because of their behavior. In all my years of shopping, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a store owner/ employees .Although the store has a lot of items we like, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and positive shopping experience.

I purchased and received some very lovely gifts from Green's over the years. There is a ton of personality, class and culture here for your perusal. Definitely worth a look when you're in the area

The store is packed full of jewelry, smalls, glass, china, and furniture. I spent a lovely 2 hours browsing to my heart’s content, chatting with the friendly, knowledgeable owner, and found a neat piece of Staffordshire Pottery to add to my collection! The price was right, and it turned out to be a likeness of a famous Victorian Jockey, Fred Archer-so cool! Such a fun and memorable way to get a souvenir of my first trip to Toronto:)
