Huge store but not customer friendly business model. Didn’t know we need to book an appointment to visit the store. No one was there but still she was not interested to let us visit the store. I honestly felt uncomfortable for even asking her about it.
a little hidden nook of history. went in on a whim one weekend and was very pleased with how friendly the staff is. although you really have to be careful with where you step and walk because the items are all fragile. the staff were super knowledgeable with the items and I had a great time looking over all the beautiful pieces, especially the jewelery. will definitely be back to see what else they have!
