I went to this shop for a quote on a simple bumper repair—something I was planning to pay for out of pocket. From the start, the employee made it clear that it would be “really expensive,” without even looking into cost-effective options or alternatives. It felt less like a professional consultation and more like I was being discouraged from even asking. I had already received a reasonable quote from another shop (which I ended up going with), so I was simply comparison shopping. Unfortunately, the interaction here was dismissive and outdated, with a tone that felt like I was being talked down to—like I’d stepped back in time when women were routinely given inflated quotes because it was assumed we wouldn’t know better. To top it off, they never even followed up with the quote—probably because it was obvious I wasn’t going to fall for it. This place seems set up primarily for insurance jobs, where inflated costs are often covered. But if you're paying out of pocket and want a fair, respectful experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Left me feeling like I was stuck in the old days when men would snake the women with a high quote. And in the end, he didn't even send me a quote because he knew I was never going to give these people my business.
Amin and his team were thorough and truly went above and beyond. The lady behind the desk was friendly and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. When I dropped the car off it was very dirty and when I showed up to collect it, they had cleaned and detailed it for me. It can be hard to find good people to trust with your vehicle, but I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing quality work done.
Was referred to Assured by my insurance company after a hit and run, and vry impressed with their service. They took care of all the details from day 1 (more so than my adjuster!) - arranged for a rental, very communicative, and professional (thank you Wendy!). I also love the fact that they are only open during regular business hours of Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm; as this creates a healthier work culture and happier staff, which in turns transfers over to a better product to customers. Also when there was a discrepancy with the repairs, Jeremy, the GM, took full care of it and had it remediated. Appreciate the amazing work you do guys!

I took my car to this shop since it was one of the premier shops recommended by my insurance. The parts of my car took two months to come and Assured refused to provide any sort of car rental after I maxed out on my insurance rental. When I picked up my car after two MONTHS, there were new scratches on the car. The guy took pictures and promised me that he would send the photos to the Hamilton Mountain location since they did the actual repair. He said he would call me back that day and I waited a week before I started trying to reach him. I called the shop at 8:30 and was told that he was with a client, and I also tried calling at 4:30 and was told that he was out to grab a late lunch. It has been impossible to reach him. It has been 3 weeks and no one from assured has reached out AT ALL regarding the new scratches on my car!!!
Showed up for my scheduled appointment that I made a month earlier with the manager and they forgot to book me in on the work schedule. Asked to speak to manager and he just happened to be away this entire week. They offered no real solutions for my time and inconvenience other then we can book you in another time. Staff was not helpful at all and from the minute I arrived I could tell there was a problem. If you need a car repair I’d suggest going else where where they may actually care about the clients and customer service.
Brian and his team were amazing. Within 24 hours I had my car back (it had been rear ended and needed a new bumper). The car had been beautifully detailed. The service was personal and considerate. Will recommend to anyone
