I had a broken drivers side door and side mirror. They did an excellent job in painting a new door and installing it. The paint match was to the dot same. Great customer service and time management as well. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

The best experience I have ever had when I had a bad car accident was going to Fix Auto Scarborough on 18 Cosentino Drive. FIX AUTO SCARBOROUGH TOWN CENTER WERE WONDERFUL, EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED AND DID AN AMAZING JOB REPAIRING THE DAMAGE ON MY AUDI! They were excellent to deal with and explained the process clearly. They kept me informed when my parts were coming in and arranged for car rental to come to my office! Best part when they told me the job would be done it was! No delays! Thank you Fix Auto my 10-year-old Audi Q5 look like it just came out of the showroom beautiful shiny clean! Thank you!
My experience with this fix auto was very good. Bella at the desk and Amal, were really nice! I had no issues bringing my car to get fixed here. I’m really pleased with the job they did, they replaced my front bumper and repainted the hood, it looks brand new! They also did a good job matching my paint. Thank you to whoever repaired my car (I think it was Carlos?) so far I’ve had no issues.
Updated as of Aug 27th, 2024: read the response from the shop, I wouldn’t reply like that to the customer when you are a total scam. We recently got the service from Ford and they notified us the autoshop that we went to, which is this one, used the bond and glue the part they broke during the repair. That explains the whole rattling noise. I will contact TD insurance also with the photo that was taken from the recent checkup as a proof. Accusing of the customer with that attitude while you are a scam wowed me. Amazing customer service and business mindset Don't trust these reviews!!! I went through my insurance and we got more scratches and damages after repairs at this shop. We had to change the bumper also, and got rattling noise after since the replacement!!!
