I had a very bad experience with Fix Auto Rexdale. I took my car in for repairs, and the bumper work was poorly done: it was not installed correctly, leaving it misaligned and with visible defects. When I realized this, I returned to the shop to have them correct their mistake, but they did nothing about it. The worst part is that, in addition to the poor work, they made unauthorized changes to my car, such as replacing a headlight that wasn't damaged and that I never approved. They didn't inform me or ask my permission; they just did it on their own. I warn everyone not to trust this shop. They show no professionalism or respect for the customer. Once they have your vehicle, they make decisions without your consent and take no responsibility when they make mistakes. For some reason, I forgot to leave this review, but I think my experience can help you find a better place. They are neither professional nor trustworthy. Once they have access to your car, they modify parts you didn't authorize. I will attach photos that prove I made the claim and how Brian never took responsibility for the poor work.
Danial helped me a lot with some noice coming from underneath the car. Insurance wasn’t gonna cover it but he fixed it even after the case was closed from insurance.
The best repair shop. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and that my car was repaired efficiently. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way. I felt like a valued customer, and I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend!
Great staff took care of me after my accident set up my car rental to be ready for me when I got there. When I picked it up today it was perfect great workmanship, friendly service and the car was finished pretty quick I would recommend anyone to them.
This company is unreliable and can not be trusted. when making an agreement we were told a fee and we were told if any fees may increase we would get a call and agree to pay them before the fix would take place. within the fee the owner slipped in the word “salvageable parts” and fixed our car using already broken parts. so even the new parts had breaks and cracks in them and at the end of the transaction he added a fee he not previously had mentioned and we paid an extra couple hundred dollars. i do not recommend unless everything is written in stone otherwise you will be scammed with.
a year ago- I recently brought my 2018 Audi to Fix Auto Rexdale to have passenger door and rear panel painted after someone scratched it I must say that they are truly a professional shop that you can trust. They did an amazing job at a reasonable price and time frame. Thank you to Brian and his entire team for a great experience.
