Over my lifetime (79 years) I’ve been to many collision repair shops. Some are good, some not so good. Ken Shaw Collision is BEYOND good! They ( John Bennett, in particular ) very promptly, efficiently and professionally repaired my Lexus LS 500, in my opinion, better than new, and in record breaking time as well, considering they were at the mercy of missing parts. Don't even hesitate to have your bodywork done here. They’re the best!
I gave my car to them to fix it and it took for them 2 months to only replace a bumper. Also they made few paint issues on the car and they didn’t fix it. The rent car they gave to us, the fuel tank was empty, but when I returned it, they asked me to fill the tank fully. That is totally a scam and I’m not satisfied. Never give your car to this place to fix.
Avoid Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Center at all costs… After an accident in early 2025, I trusted them with repairs despite my insurance warning me not to, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The car was returned with serious issues, and neither the dealership nor Lexus Canada has taken responsibility. I’ve been stuck in a loop with no resolution, and now I’m facing a huge financial loss just to move on. Save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Center I’ve had a terrible experience with Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Center that completely changed my view of the dealership as a whole. After being involved in an accident in January 2025 (not my fault), I chose to have my repairs done at Ken Shaw — the dealership I purchased my Lexus from — even though my insurance company warned me against it and didn’t list them as a preferred facility. I was assured by their representative (O'Neil) that their work would be guaranteed. That turned out to be far from the truth. When I picked up my car, there were clear issues with the repair. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop between Ken Shaw and Lexus Canada, with neither taking real responsibility. My insurance won’t step in anymore because I went against their recommendation. Meanwhile, the car has a severe wind noise issue that makes it feel like I’m driving a convertible with no roof — it’s that loud. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get this resolved, with no success. I’m now facing the possibility of selling the car at a loss of $15,000–$20,000 just to move on. I would strongly advise against trusting Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Center for any repair work. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been beyond frustrating.
Had my car repaired by Ken Shaw Lexus for few times now since it’s a preferred shop by CAA insurance. First time I picked up my car and paid deductible without all parts being put in as parts were on back order . Then 3 month in I msg to find out if parts came in because no one was getting back to me and I understand why would they claim is closed deductible is paid why bother . I heard that my parts came in before I was able to make the appointment to come in and get the parts put in I had another car theft attempt. When I dropped off my car for new claim I asked for the parts from previous claim to be put in . Few weeeks after I get a call to say my car is ready I come in to find that the parts from first claim still not put in . I ask to get the parts and I will install them on my own I got the answer that parts guy isn’t in today . Few days later I get the call it’s all ready . I picked it up . Came home removed my daughter car seat to find glass pieces all around . They cleaned the car but could at least put the car seat in to a garbage bag or something. Few glass pieces were found in different parts of car trying to clean it up o cut myself . Also when I dropped the car keys for them to be reprogrammed they had a key chain attached to them . After pick up key chain was missing. Lexus is complete JUNK and the service you receive is beyond disgusting. Came home read the invoice to realize the parts from first claim that went missing were put in on to my second claim. This is beyond unacceptable.
John and the team at Ken Shaw took care of me very well. They matched the white paint on my vehicle so perfectly that you can't even tell! Thanks again. Highly recommend them!
3* represents pre owned vehicles. Looking for car between 5-10k. They do not offer warranty, cars were unprepared (dirty) and had no warranty. Seen them boost car and try to sell it to me. Service was ok. Toyota on the Park was alot better.
