Don’t really find myself posting reviews in general, but I wanted to genuinely leave a note here to say that Fix Auto down on King Street was, plain and simple, amazing. Don’t remember all the names, but each and every person I connected with actually cared and made sure things were good. They were steady, and thorough. Paul who I believe runs the place seems to have done what all good places should aspire to: and that’s to instill a sense of pride, and care in everyone that works there… On top of all that, the finished auto body work was honestly, honestly so good. Professional, zero BS, great communications, seamless partnership with Aviva Insurance and Enterprise car rental. They found damage I was unaware of and handled it, one day extra. The truck looks awesome, feels like new. Their work has turned me into a much more accomodating driver in urban video game traffic. I don't want to mess up a good thing. Feels odd...
Paul and his team are simply the best in the business. Kind, knowledgeable incredibly helpful and utterly trustworthy - both my experiences at Fix Auto have been fantastic. They replaced 2 broken mouldings on my new car while I waited (in their impeccable office and waiting rooms), and unbelievably, charged me $64 labour. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, the whole vibe of the place is the same. Highly, highly recommend Fix Auto Downtown.
Outstanding job by this team. Starting with Paul, the manager, they are helpful and uber polite. Had a peak into the garage - I suspect you could eat off that floor, it was so clean. No reservations recommending them.

Stay Away from Fix Auto Repair Downtown Toronto I took my car here for what should’ve been a simple job — fixing a small dent and a few scratches on the passenger-side door. They quoted me $2,500 and said it would take 5–6 business days. It took them over a month to get the car fixed which is insane. Every time I called for an update, I got a new excuse — “We found more damage,” “We’re waiting on parts,” or “It’ll be ready soon.” Absolutely no communication, no accountability, and zero respect for their customers’ time. To make matters worse, the final bill came out to $6,500 — that’s more than double the original estimate and even higher than what my dealer quoted me! This has been a total nightmare. If your insurance company suggests Fix Auto, ignore them. Do yourself a favor and take your car straight to your dealership. You’ll save time, money, and endless frustration.
I had a fantastic experience with this garage after my car was damaged due to vandalism. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They took the time to clearly explain the repair process and answered all my questions with patience and care. My Mercedes had serious damage, but they brought it back to life it looks and drives like new again. All the damaged parts were replaced with original Mercedes parts, and everything was done with great attention to detail. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was handled in a very professional and efficient way. They also kept me updated regularly, responded quickly to any questions, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. A special thank you to Paul, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. If you get the chance to deal with him, don’t hesitate ,he’s honest, helpful, and truly makes you feel like your car is in good hands. If you have a Mercedes or any other vehicle and want high-quality service with genuine parts, this garage is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
