Amazing, meticulous work. Took care of some rest issues and it looks brand new. Can’t say enough good things about Rich and his team. Highly recommend.

Very belated review, but 4.9 doesn't even do Luxury Auto Body justice. This is where you go to get your car fixed properly. A few things they've done for my car: - Fix my A-pillars after a mobile glass "tech" (if you can call him that) scraped them up replacing my windshield - Lower / upper bumper job after getting rear-ended - Repaint hood after a dealer-affiliated body shop didn't paint match properly Thanks Rich, Qasim and crew - amazing work!
To deeply appreciate the service and how my car was treated earlier today, I must give it a 5-star rating for both the speed, cost-saved, and quality of the work at Luxury. I had a minor collision in a parking lot earlier this week, which stopped me from opening my driver seat’s door, which troubled me as I booked other appointments nearby the area. It turned out that others did not identify the problem of how the door was jammed and asked for a horrible charge and estimated days to finish the job, I was kind of desperate, until a highly rated “repair shop” who did not do body work told me to come find Luxury as their strongest estimation. The staff at Luxury simply took a look, told me to wait in car, asked if I want a 100% full repair or “resume the door’s functions,” I chose the latter due to a tight schedule. The miraculous part was, I was asked to simply stay in my car, and they spotted the problem in a few minutes (which the first two collision centers estimated for $2,000+ and did not even mention) get the job done in 20 minutes. Even more, they offered the service saving me from that horrible cost, and gave me the option to come back for a full repair ONLY IF I need to. I am deeply grateful for the service and I want to personally thank all the staffs, and the professionalism which surprised me, with all functional problems solved in such a short period of time. I just moved to Toronto from Maryland, USA, and I guess I have this place as the to-go body shop, and will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who faced minor accidents and was scared out from the horrific bills other centers issues. Luxury Auto Body and Collision, that’s the place to go :)
Wish I could speak on their work but I waited 2 years after hearing that my car will be taken in "soon". I took my car in September of 2022. Richard took a look at my car and told me that I would be able to drop my car off either in the winter or next spring of 2023. Followed up with him for months just to be told "soon", "I didn't forget. All the time that I wasted could have been spent either getting my car painted or using the money to take a nice vacation. No transparency and lack of customer service. If you can't take my car in, just say it instead of leading me on for ages. Richard really disappointed me and I would never trust their word. Heard their paint work is good though.
Rich, the owner, and his crew, did an outstanding job on my car. My car was side swiped. LAB was recommended to me. After reading all the glowing 5 stars reviews I went to check them out. Everything about LAB from the moment I pulled up gave me a good vibe. It doesn’t matter what kind of car you drive, you will be treated like family. They did a spectacular job on my Mazda. The Soul Red Colour is a three stage process. A lot of body shops don’t get it right.The other body shop I went to danced around questions about the paint colour and would not commit to a perfect match. With LAB there was never any doubt. My car has never looked better. Absolutely fantastic in fact. It also came back washed, waxed, detailed inside and out, tires treated. I was relieved to see some minor rock and paint chips were touched up at no extra charge. Rich is a honest, hard working, perfectionist that cares. He loves what he is doing. He will look after you and your car and never overcharge you.
Amazing work and great customer service! They did an immaculate job fixing a dent near the front wheel of my car. I cant even tell where the dent used to be. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car before they returned it to me. 5/5!
